Try one of these two weeks. Delicious and different. Found in the kitchen at home in 2002. Pork Burgers topped with chowchow and creamy coleslaw.

Pork Burgers on the grill:

1 pound ground pork
Sausage-1 / 2 pound sweet pork
Tea 1 tsp kosher salt
1 / 2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Combine above ingredients in a large bowl, stirring gently with your hands. Shape into four 3/4-inch thick patties and fry 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Chowchow:

1 / 2 cup prepared mustard
Tomato sauce 1 / 4 cup
1 / 4 cup purchased barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Onions 3 / 4 cup red onion
Seasoning 1 / 2 cup drained pickle

Simmer mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2-3 minutes, then cool to room temperature. Add onion and cucumber. Chowchow until ready to serve cold.
